Poly CCX 500 provides a dedicated, Android-based desktop phone for Microsoft Teams. This model of CCX 500 comes without a handset. Connect a wireless headset using Bluetooth or a wired headset using USB. The speakerphone features Acoustic Clarity technology with full-duplex HD audio and enhanced echo cancellation. To launch Microsoft Teams, the phone has a dedicated button.
Poly CCX 500 has a 5” touchscreen display in portrait for a familiar interface like a smartphone. The phone gives you Poly’s legendary audio with HD Voice and Acoustic Fence, which is class-leading background noise reduction. If you want to connect the phone to the wireless network, Poly offers a USB Wi-Fi dongle (not included). CCX 500 has one USB-A port and one USB-C port. CCX 500 supports both Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.
